🖐️ 4 things you can touch,
👂 3 things you can hear,
👃 2 things you can smell, and
👅 1 thing you can taste.

2. Breathe In, Breathe Out
Close your eyes. Inhale deeply for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4. Do this for 5 rounds.

3. Quick Gratitude Check
Grab a notebook or your phone and jot down 3 things you’re grateful for.
→ Gratitude = instant mood booster 🌻.

4. Nature Break
Look at the sky, touch a leaf, or even just listen to the birds.
